Based in New York City, Brian Matthews is a Sustainability Advisor specializing in Corporate Sustainability strategy and helping clients on reporting their greenhouse gas footprint, renewable energy procurement, and carbon solutions. Prior to joining South Pole, he worked as a research analyst with the United Nations Environment Programme in Panama, focusing on a broad range of initiatives around waste management & resource efficiency, environmental policy, and the circular economy. He holds a BA in Political Science and Economics from the University of British Columbia and can be reached in both English and Spanish.
