Florian Reber is Senior Manager at South Pole, with a focus on sustainable supply chains, forests and land use. Florian has several years of experience working in the public and private sector and on global and industry specific sustainability challenges. Before joining South Pole in 2017, Florian was the Manager of the Tropical Forest Alliance 2020 at the World Economic Forum. In previous roles at the World Economic Forum, Florian was project managing various initiatives to mobilise high-level public private partnerships to support international climate leadership. Florian has worked as strategy consultant with Business for Social Responsibility in New York and The Advisory House in Zurich, and was affiliated with The Earth Institute and the Swiss Federal Department for Foreign Affairs. He has a MPA in Energy & Environment from Columbia University and a MA in Political Science from the University of Lausanne.
