Frédéric is Global Director for Climate Policy, Finance and Carbon Markets at South Pole and has more than 18 years experience of managing teams and consultancy projects in the field of climate and energy policy. He has conducted research and consultancy projects in Canada, Latin America, and Africa and has extensive experience in climate and energy policies in developing-country contexts, especially in relation to carbon-pricing instruments and climate finance, as well as United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) negotiations.
