Nico is a Research Fellow at the Global Climate Governance Research Unit at Wuppertal Institute. He has been working for the Wuppertal Institute since 2010. His main areas of work are international and domestic market-based climate policy instruments, the global climate negotiations as well as social and environmental impacts of climate action. Nico graduated from the University of Cologne with a diploma in Regional Sciences of Latin America, focusing on political science.
