Connect Responsibly.

Events that are more than extraordinary. Marriott's meeting and event solutions just got even better. They're collaborating with South Pole to offer carbon offset opportunities.

Your Event. Your Impact.

Marriott is scaling up their efforts to support customers as they are on their sustainability journey. How? By continuing to offer truly innovative, flexible, and responsible meeting and event solutions and providing impact metrics associated with customers’ events and the opportunity to support carbon offset projects.

Through its collaboration with South Pole, Marriott International is providing access to projects around the globe that customers can choose from against which they can offset the emissions from their event. These projects aim to protect nature, including preservation and restoration of forest ecosystems. Not only are forest ecosystems vital for absorbing and storing carbon, they also can prevent soil degradation, support wildlife, generate local economic opportunity, and represent cultural heritage and identity.
