Michael is the business development lead for South Pole's Digital Climate Solutions in the German speaking region. He has been part of South Pole's business development team since October 2021. Previously, he worked for more than a decade in the IT industry as a sales and business development manager scaling novel technologies in various european markets. Through his work with South Pole's regional sales teams, he enables businesses to get started on their climate journeys and encourages them to take their consumers along the way.
Robert is the business development lead for the Climate Click solution for ecommerce. He is the co-founder of CO2Ok, integrated within South Pole since April 2022. Previously, he worked for almost a decade in the financial industry as a relationship manager for international traders in agricultural products. Additionally, he has valuable experience managing climate action projects in Bolivia and Indonesia. Through his work with the Climate Neutral Checkout, he helps ecommerce businesses enable consumers to access sustainable consumption.
As the Client Communications Manager at South Pole, Maggie advises global companies across industries and geographies on how to bring their climate action alive, through powerful and credible storytelling.
She has worked in the climate communications space for almost a decade, with the past 6 years focusing on ground-breaking technologies and cutting-edge innovations, like renewables, EVs, hydrogen, carbon capture etc., and helping to raise climate profiles for some of the world's most ambitious corporate brands. Maggie currently lives in the UK, but she has lived and worked in Australia and Hong Kong.
