Sonya supports clients with understanding how they influence and are influenced by a changing climate. She focuses on developing GHG emissions inventories, setting decarbonisation targets, developing net zero roadmaps and crafting climate resilience strategies. Sonya supports clients across the food, industrial, power, aviation and services industries working with frameworks like the GHG Protocol, SBTi, Climate Active, TCFD and ISSB. Sonya's strengths include combining an analytical approach with pragmatism developed working in-house. Sonya holds a Bachelors in Chemical Engineering, a Masters in Sustainable Development and a Climate Risk certification from the Global Association of Risk Professionals.
Lyra has over 12 years of experience with sustainability and climate programmes at corporates and non-profits. Having experience across APAC and the EU, she has a strong understanding of supply chain realities and corporate processes. She has worked extensively on designing decarbonisation strategies for global companies and leading teams in the delivery of complex, multicountry sustainability projects.
Leslie John is GrainCorp's Sustainability Manager and a Climate Change specialist with a strong technical and engineering background. He has several years of experience working with large private and public organizations to set net zero targets, develop comprehensive decarbonisation action plans, and conduct emissions footprint calculations. Leslie has also performed detailed energy audits to optimize energy efficiency and identify opportunities for renewable energy integration. In his previous roles, he has supported organisations in managing the transition to a low-carbon economy by identifying and addressing climate-related risks. He is passionate about advancing practical climate solutions and is committed to making a meaningful, long-term impact in sustainability.
