Emily is a consultant at South Pole with experience working across industries and Fortune 500 companies to measure, manage, reduce, and offset their GHG footprints. In her career, she has worked to address over 60 million tonnes of CO2e. At South Pole, Emily serves as the Climate Action Credit Lead for North America, where she develops strategies to help clients to effectively procure carbon credits.
Natalie's professional journey in environmental conservation and sustainability began when she joined the American Forest Foundation. During her time there she lobbied federal and state lawmakers on policies that support forest landowner participation in the voluntary carbon market (VCM). Following her successful tenure at the American Forest Foundation, Natalie's interest in the VCM led her to Conservation International's (CI) Conservation Finance Division. At CI, she played a pivotal role engaging with corporations interested in supporting natural climate solutions as part of their broader climate change mitigation strategies. Natalie continues to make a profound impact as an Associate Manager on South Pole's Carbon Portfolio Offering team. She focuses on meeting the growing demand for climate action and optimizing a global portfolio of carbon credits. Natalie received her Bachelor of Science in Fisheries and Wildlife and completed her graduate study in Forest Carbon Science, Policy, and Management from Michigan State University.
