A key part of the solution to Europe's decarbonisation challenge will be the fuel switch to electricity.
A number of key European stakeholders are therefore partnering to launch an Electrification Alliance on 23rd June 2017 in Brussels at a dedicated breakfast event. The Alliance will strive to ensure the necessary reforms to accelerate the advancement of electrification across Europe in the years to come.
During the launch event, the Electrification Alliance will announce the adoption of a Declaration on Electrification which will bring together the shared views from the various stakeholders, and highlight the value of decarbonised electricity on the path towards achieving a decarbonised European Union.
