Climate finance assessments and solutions
Ambitious climate action requires finance. And yet, the current levels of finance for climate action is far below what is required to avoid dangerous levels of climate change.
We help clients to understand climate finance needs; design solutions that drive climate investments; and create blended financing schemes to de-risk climate-friendly investment and increase the flow of climate finance at scale with private capital.

Climate policy frameworks and roadmaps
With a growing urgency to act, both national and local governments require expert climate policy support. We design public policies, strategies, roadmaps, and regulations to help the public sector reach climate goals and evaluate climate mitigation and sustainable development impacts.
Specifically, we advise on how to scale-up mitigation strategies and develop long term plans, such as the formulation and design of low carbon strategies, carbon pricing instruments, and other policies that support the implementation of Nationally Determined Contributions (NDCs).

Carbon market design and Article 6
Carbon market policies are evolving fast. We provide market intelligence to private clients to help them assess risks and opportunities. We also work with governments in designing carbon market policies and preparing for the implementation of Article 6 of the Paris Agreement.
Our work includes:
Supporting the Government of Singapore to assess the post-2020 carbon credit landscape to inform them on key considerations and requirements on Article 6 of the Paris Agreement and how to use cost-effective Internationally Transferred Mitigation Outcomes (ITMOs) with high environmental integrity.
Working with the Ministry of Environment in Peru (MINAM) and the World Bank to assess the country-specific context that needed to be addressed to facilitate and promote Peru's participation in cooperative approaches under Article 6.2 of the Paris Agreement.
Working with Switzerland, through the KliK Foundation to develop Article 6 policy frameworks and structuring the potential transfer of ITMOs with countries such as Thailand and Morocco.
